Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mid Recruiter. The Mid Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with recruiting, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, making job offers, and managing candidate relationships. The Mid Recruiter will also work closely with the hiring manager to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job requirements and collaborate with the HR team on various projects.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of various recruiting methods, such as social media recruiting, job boards, and referral programs
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools is a plus
• Expertise in recruiting for technical roles is a plus
• Advanced English
