VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
-100% English level
-20-35 years old
-High school degree
Experience leve:
-3+ years of call center experience is a must
-1+ years of virtual assistance experience (desirable)
Knowledge, skills, abilities & other characteristics:
-Ability to analyze processes and develop valid solutions to resolve issues at hand.
-Ability to address all concerns in a consistent and fair manner.
-Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasking enviroment.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
-Self driven
-Fast typing
-Good grammar and spelling skills
-Proficiency with office programs, like Excel and Word.
-Knowledge of plataforms, like Dropbox and Google drive
Essential duties & responsabilities:
-Following up with clients/customers
-Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
-Calendar management
-Creating basic reports
-Answering support tickets
-Internet research
-Scheduling appointments
-Check to ensure that appropiate changes were made to resolve client's problems
-Data entry
-Creating of formatting spreadsheets.
-Organizing computer documents.
