Tech-Americas is hiring an experienced Case Manager to guide clients through the pre-litigation process. This client-facing role requires clear communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-up to ensure cases move smoothly.

Responsibilities

-Explain the pre-litigation process to clients.
-Share and track demand letters.
-Maintain accurate records in Actionstep.
-Provide regular updates to clients and management.
-Ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic.

Qualifications

-Strong communication and client service skills.
-Ability to explain legal processes clearly.
-Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
-Experience in legal, paralegal, or case management preferred.
