GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Partners with hiring teams to develop effective solutions to manage customer/partner expectations. Identifies future talent needs and builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactively conducting executive, professional, technical, and nonexempt recruiting. Prepares and contributes to the development of status reports and metrics as well as participates and/or leads internal recruiting status updates. Assists with the implementation of new and improvement of existing practices and processes.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years of corporate progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Proficient in utilizing HRIS/ATS software and applications, such as PeopleSoft. Experience with Oracle Taleo is preferred.
