Position: Call Center Travel Agent
Location: Blvr. Sta. Elena, El Salvador
Schedules: Full time position 3:00 p. m. - 12:00 a. m. / 6:00 a. m. - 4:00 p. m.
Days Off: 1 day off per week (rotating schedule)
Salary: base + Performance Bonus + Hiring Bonus
Contract: Indefinite
This is a Customer Service position.
What you’ll do:
-Help customers by answering questions and providing solutions.
-Be the friendly voice that represents our client’s brand.
What we’re looking for:
-English level B2+ (speaking and writing) – this is a must.
-Positive attitude and great energy.
- At least 6 months of Experience working with Airlines and software GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Galileo, etc.).
-Team player with good communication skills.
