As a B2B Marketer, you will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness for Tecoloco, Estas Contratado & Caribbean Jobs. As well as, lead generation, B2B pages content on the site and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.
Lead business-to-business marketing (B2B) communications to reach targets.
Drive all B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team.
Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including social, email, content creation and events.
Work in collaboration with different business functions including the sales team, traffic marketing and product.
Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message.
Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
Organise B2B events and exhibitions at industry events.
Regularly review collateral so that it is kept up-to-date and relevant for the audience.
Collaborate with professional bodies and partner organisations to target new clients.
Work with the Social Media Manager to develop social media content for B2B audiences.
Create and put into practice a plan for measuring B2B marketing activities through a software system.
The Experience & Qualifications Needed
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.
An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
Excellent communication skills.
Broad understanding of other channels in the digital marketing mix
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen and commercially minded
Effective time management and project management skills
Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, and ability to work with multiple teams across the organisation both regionally and internationally
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
