We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mail Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all incoming mail is accurately sorted, uploaded to client case files, and directed to the appropriate personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, the ability to manage high volumes of mail efficiently, and the capability to work independently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter, update, and maintain relevant data points in our case management software.
* Distribute digital copies of mail to the appropriate attorneys, paralegals, or staff members.
* Monitor and manage email correspondence related to incoming mail.
* Ensure timely processing of mail to avoid delays in case proceedings.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
