We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Payroll Specialist to join the administrative team at Tech Americas. This role is responsible for managing payroll processing, supplier payments, expense tracking, account follow-ups, and handling pending financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Track and organize payments for office supplies and other operational expenses.
• Follow up on accounts payable and pending invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS is a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in payroll processing or vendor payments.
• Background in billing, invoicing, accounting, or payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
