PerseusX is building a team of BPO Agents for our US-based telecommunications client!
A Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Agent is a back-office position supporting a US-based Communications client. Duties include processing tasks, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing general information.
The accounts are Residential and Business accounts with no complex processes. Each PSR (ticket) is completed in approximately 3-7 minutes.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Process issues in queue.
• Document each PSR.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Route issues to appropriate resources.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures in Excel.
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends.
• Share ideas for solving problems.
BPO Agent Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English. All communication is in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically in Excel.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Above average typing skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
• Ability to learn and teach others.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Nice to have 6+ months of experience in a call or BPO center environment.
