Position Objective
Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to Management and the Commercial area, ensuring proper document management, timely process follow-up, and store control, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives and continuous improvement of internal processe
Key Responsibilities
Support administrative management of the commercial area.
Coordinate communication between the commercial team and stores.
Provide direct administrative assistance to Management.
Prepare, review, and follow up on correspondence, memos, reports, and internal/external communications.
Organize and safeguard physical and digital management documentation.
Follow up on internal requests related to operational processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Provide timely and courteous service to internal clients.
Support additional tasks assigned by Commercial Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
