Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and coordinate orthopedic surgeries.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely patient follow-ups.
Maximize contact rates through persistent and professional multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, and email).
Conduct outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups with patients in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience in appointment scheduling or medical-related services/products.
Experience in the medical field, particularly in scheduling or similar roles (preferred).
Experience using NextGen EMR and Phreesia (preferred).
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
Previous experience as an appointment setter (a plus).
Experience in sales or call center environments.
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and camera.

Availability:

Full-time position
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
