Outbound Call Center Agent (Advanced English) – Remote
eGumball, Inc. – U.S.-Based Company
eGumball, Inc., a California-based digital marketing company, is hiring Outbound Call
Center Agents to work remotely from El Salvador.
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong English communication skills who are
confident on the phone and able to deliver a script in a clear, engaging, and professional
manner.

Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to business owners
? Deliver a structured script in a clear and engaging tone
? Capture attention and maintain interest during the call
? Handle basic objections and follow call guidelines
? Generate interest and transfer qualified calls to the next stage

Requirements

? English level: Minimum 85% (Required)
? Strong verbal communication skills
? Confident, energetic, and professional demeanor
? Ability to follow a script naturally
? Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment

Preferred (Not Required)
? Call center, sales, or customer service experience

Compensation
? $1,000 USD per month + performance bonuses

Schedule
? Monday to Friday
? 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
