Internal Communications Lead

Lead internal communications by aligning messages, strategies, and programs that drive organizational culture, strengthen the employee experience, and support business objectives. Serve as a liaison between corporate strategy and local needs, overseeing both strategic coordination and creative production. Independently guide the definition and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement.

Position Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related fields.

English: Advanced level (Required)

Previous experience: At least 5 years in designing corporate internal communication strategies, developing materials and campaigns, writing and editing content, and organizing logistics for corporate events.

Technical Skills:
• Excellent writing skills, corporate narrative, and storytelling.
• Strategic thinking applied to corporate internal communication.
• Graphic design and creative production skills (print, digital, and audiovisual materials).

Soft skills:
• Ability to work independently without a direct team, demonstrating strong ownership.
• Results-oriented with a focus on employee experience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with stakeholders.
