Case Manager Assistant Job Description
Location: San Salvador - El Salvador
Compensation: $800 a month

Description of our client
Our client is a well-recognized and esteemed law firm specializing in personal injury cases. They guide their clients through the legal process from start to finish ensuring that every case is processed smoothly and efficiently. They are seeking a detail oriented Legal Case Manager Assistant to support their case manager in managing a caseload of legal cases.
The roll they wish to fill
Our client is seeking a detail oriented Legal Case Manager Assistant to support their case manager in managing a caseload of legal cases. This roll will be instrumental in ensuring that cases are managed promptly and efficiently, that client’s maintain active communications regarding their case, that documents are gathered and processed expeditiously. This position offers an opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
Legal Documentation
• Create a case
• Attorney letter of representation and welcome
• Obtaining records e.g. medical records, police reports, billing records etc.
• Maintain communication with medical providers, insurance adjusters, case manager and clients.
• Mange closeouts and reductions
• Process all mail and correspondence
• Learn how to utilize the case manager program used by the firm
Client Communication & Support
• Answering client’s calls, inquiries, and updates
• Promptly respond to emails
• Support clients in their medical treatment

Administrative Duties
• Maintain clients’ files updated, organized, and standardized with the Case Management Program
• Coordinate schedules and appointments
• Support the Case Manager

Requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience in basic utilization of computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in utilizing email applications
• Capacity to learn the offices Case Management Program
Preferred but not required
• Experience in legal research databases and case management software
• Experience working in the legal field
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a medical background
• College Degree
Work hours and Compensation
• 40 hours a week (8:30am-5:30pm)
• $800 a month no benefit package included
• This is not a remote position
