Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Alameda Manuel Enrique Araujo In San Salvador
Schedules: Full time position with graveyard schedules
Salary base + Performance Bonus
Contract: Temporary (03 months)
This is a Customer Service position.

What you’ll do:

-Help customers by answering questions and providing solutions.
-Be the friendly voice that represents our client’s brand.
-Support clients in Europe and the Middle East.

What we’re looking for:

-English level B2+ (speaking and writing) – this is a must.
-Positive attitude and great energy.
-Team player with good communication skills.
-No previous call center experience needed – just bring your talent, we’ll teach you the rest!
