Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Av Olimpica near El Salvador del Mundo In San Salvador
Horarios : Full time position 8:00 am - 5:00pm
Days Off: 1 day off per week (rotating schedule)
Salary base + Performance Bonus
Contract: Indefinite
This is a Customer Service position.

What you’ll do:

-Help customers by answering questions and providing solutions.
-Be the friendly voice that represents our client’s brand.
-Learn how to handle calls, chats, and support tickets (don’t worry, we train you!).

What we’re looking for:

-English level B2+ (speaking and writing) – this is a must.
-Positive attitude and great energy.
-Team player with good communication skills.
-No previous call center experience needed – just bring your talent, we’ll teach you the rest!
