Job Description: Main responsible of keeping track or production orders received and handling the steps required to fulfill and warrantee appropriate follow up in our systems besides follow up regarding delivery dates. Share and support production team with new updates or any information needed, reporting handling, orders evaluations based on customer’s rules. Keep track of customer metrics as well.

Responsibilities:
* Keeping track of all open orders, status and delivery dates according to planning schedules.

* ERP maintenance by keeping it updated with accurate dates, process flows and main information of production orders.

* Upload of new production orders received into PolyPM system.

* Working with Development team to ensure all information is up to date into PPM and ERP

* Weekly creation and follow up of shipments per client.

* Daily control and follow up of recuts generated by production team.

* Appropriate analysis of production orders criteria's,

* Creation of manual orders in the systems.

* Daily communication with production teammates, customer service analyst and cross functional areas if needed.
