We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves addressing inquiries, explaining legal services, maintaining client communication, and coordinating with attorneys to ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
-Provide information about legal services and help clients understand their options.
-Maintain regular communication and provide updates on cases.
-Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
-Coordinate with attorneys and staff to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
-Advanced English (C1–C2), both written and spoken.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Previous experience in client support or customer service.
