We are offering a hybrid job between Active Dispatch and Customer support, we are looking for associates to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company’s service. To assist Metropolitan’s customers in scheduling their order deliveries and pickup according to Metro’s requirements. To provide assistance to delivery teams that are on the road, with accurate information.
Expected hours of work
• 44 hours a week, split days off, working Saturdays (Sunday and another week day), schedules starting at 7AM, 9AM, 10AM and 12PM.
Salary
• $700 plus $100 attendance bonus (additional bonus after 6 months of tenure)
Environmental factors
• Working from our Office located at Colonia San Francisco, SS with the possibility of working from Home after 6 months/1 year (If applicable, can work from home based on performance and home environment condition)
Key Responsibilities
• Handle continuous surges in incoming calls
• Provide excellent service over the phone to all customers and potential customers
• Assist customers over the phone, helping them schedule/verify the status of their delivery/pick-up orders and helping them accommodate their orders as best as possible during one single interaction.
• Call customers to provide delivery day and timeframe.
• Take ownership of customer concerns
• Track delivery teams that are on the road.
• Assist inbound calls from delivery teams.
• Assist HUB managers with escalations.
• Report major incidents to HUB manager and VPs of region (escalations).
• Proper and timely inform of exceptions reported by delivery teams to our account support teams.
• Document orders in the system (This is a MUST, clear and proper notes are to be added), using adequate grammar and email etiquette, and providing detailed and clear explanation.
• Courteous and professional communication with delivery teams on the road, and all company staff and partners.
Requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must
• Multitasking
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent active listening skills
• English 85% or higher
