In a quickly evolving business environment, we are shifting in a virtual direction. We aim to help small businesses by implementing virtual employees. Working from an office is a thing from the past! Work from home 100% of the time!

The Employee’s responsibilities are, but not limited to, the list below:
- Scheduling and Appointment Management: Managing the dental office's appointment book, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with patients to reschedule as needed.
- Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments over the phone.
- Insurance Verification and Billing: Verifying patients' insurance coverage, processing insurance claims, and coordinating insurance billing.
- Billing and Payment Processing: Handling patient billing, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.
- Maintaining Patient Records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support to the dental office, such as filing paperwork, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinating Treatment Plans: Assisting dentists with treatment plan coordination, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing patients with information about recommended procedures.
- Managing Patient Communication: Communicating with patients regarding appointment reminders, follow-up care instructions, and other relevant information.
- Handling Financial Transactions: Processing payments, managing accounts receivable, and providing patients with information about treatment costs and payment options.
- Compliance with Regulations: Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
