We're looking to hire an Ad Operations person who will work in managing display media campaigns in DoubleClick Campaign Manager platform, working in unison with Media, Creative, Analytics and Trading Desk teams making sure all media campaigns are executed, launched and are working properly.

• Campaign, Creative and Site Audits
• Organizing & Coordinating Campaign Launches
• Ongoing Quality Assessment
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
• Ongoing Communication With Media, Creative, Analytics and Trading Desk teams

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Any of the Following Areas: Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration
• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written, and verbal negotiation skills (Third language is a plus)
• TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred
• Ability to Understand Simple Statistics Such as Ratios, Percentages, etc.
• Ability to Identify Trends and Seasonality
• Schedule Flexibility
• Driven by Results and High Degree of Personal Willingness to Exceed Expectations
• Ability To Take The Lead In New Projects
