We are looking for a Team Leader for our El Salvador's new location!
Description
Our Team Leader must reflect the mission, vision, and values of GC Services, adheres to the organization's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient operation of their Team Members, including but not limited to:
· Assists in efficient operation of the production floor.
· Assists the Operations Manager/Assistant Operations Manager in the efficient operation of an assigned team, supervising assigned Customer Service Representatives/Clerical/Administrative Support
· Maintains satisfactory discipline of employees; supervises the proper application of the company’s policies and procedures.
· Reviews the work of each CSR to correct areas of opportunity and to determine employee’s progress.
· Career path development of assigned employees.
· Assists in the training and development of all assigned personnel.
· Utilizes all available system screens, processes, and reports to maximize performance.
· Conducts the required reviews for assigned personnel per policy.
· Ensures compliance with all specified client requirements.
· Assists in maintaining discipline of employees and in supervising the proper application of the company’s policies and procedures.
· Completes assigned management training in a timely manner.
· Works with other functional areas to coordinate cooperation between the production floor and those areas.
· Review and Approve employee time sheets.
· Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
· React positively to an ongoing, changing environment.
· Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
· Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of Team lead, supervisor or project management experience.
· Strong personal computer skills (MS Office Proficiency).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated problem solving skills.
· Strong financial aptitude and business acumen.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
