EMBELLISHMENT DEVELOPER

Summary: The Embellishment Developer will take a leadership role in managing the end-to-end development, execution, and troubleshooting of sublimation, screen printing and other techniques across multiple customers. This position ensures effective coordination between the Quality, Production, and Product Development teams. Job Duties: • Track seasonal category calendars and monitor all key development milestones related to screenprinting and sublimation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests regarding artwork properties, print techniques, and embellishment timelines. • Initiate work requests to internal embellishment teams, sharing customer schematics, art files, and tracker updates (Planning Sample Room). • Coordinate – Follow up for new embellishments all sample testing needs by completing testing request forms (e.g., colorfastness, print adhesion, wash durability) and following up with internal and external labs. • Review all customer-provided artwork and embellishment instructions; clarify discrepancies and confirm technical details before execution. • Lead bi-weekly development calls with customers, internal teams, and factories to align on strike-offs, feedback, and approval status. • Request specifications when needed from vendors for new print components (e.g., ink, adhesive, transfer paper). • Follow up when needed on materials required for strike-offs or trials; ensure that these are received in time for development. • Maintain and update the SS tracker and embellishment approval tracker, including new sample orders, ship dates, and customer feedback on strike-offs. • Inform the costing team when new embellishment developments affect material usage, print method, or application complexity. • Build strong relationships across Tegra teams (e.g., Planning, Raw Materials, Quality, Embellishment) and with customers to streamline development and ensure successful execution. • Coordinate the shipment of strike-off samples to Customers. • Follow up on creation of subassemblies for all printed elements – If needed. • Follow up to execution parameters per embellishment type using design size, coverage area, and production waste factors (execution sheet shipped in any strike off) to be used as base for Costing. • Provide feedback between Customer and the execution team for any issues arising in screenprinting and sublimation—addressing technical concerns during both development. • Manage the development queue for screenprinting and sublimation, setting priorities based on customer timelines and product seasonality. • Create and manage a comprehensive WIP report that tracks the development status of all embellishment programs. • Monitor and keep inventory of essential print materials and supplies (e.g., transfer film, sublimation paper, ink) and coordinate requests with Procurement. RAW MATERIAL DEVELOPER

Summary: The Raw Material Developer will be responsible for managing the seasonal costing for raw materials for various customers. This role will involve partnering with the Raw Material Development Manager to address development tasks and activities in the Raw Material Area, as well as managing any materials issues that may arise. Job Duties: • Work autonomously to manage seasonal costing for raw materials by customer. • Follow up on the receipt of seasonal pricing information for raw materials (RMDS). • Partner with the Raw Material Development Manager to identify opportunities for negotiating prices of managed materials assigned as contractors. • Create and maintain Tegra’s databases (RMDS) in Excel to provide visibility on supplier, material information, prices, COO, etc. for the Costing department. • Coordinate with Procurement, Costing, and PD teams to ensure that seasonal pricing updates for materials are accurately reflected in PolyPM. • Oversee updates and revisions to the raw material page on PolyPM and ensure that all requirements are addressed. • Partner with Procurement, Costing, PD, and Trade Compliance teams regarding any changes to the PolyPM's material page. • Manage the process of collecting fabric hangers from mills to assist with new seasonal development. • Request 2 fabric headers and testing reports for new fabrics assigned to Tegra from suppliers via email. • Monitor and track the receipt of fabric headers and fabric testing reports to build and maintain a comprehensive material library. • Update the fabric library with new fabric hangers from mills in the region, even if they are not Tegra's current supplier. • Create and maintain a fabric specifications general database with details of all the fabric hangers available in the materials sample room. • Partner with the Raw Material Development Manager to address development tasks, activities in the Raw Material Area and follow up on any materials issues that may pop up. • The Raw Material Developer will partner with the Raw Material PolyPM Developer assuming the role of mentor and tutor, providing guidance and support in her/his training for data entry in PolyPM. • Manage and create seasonal calendars to ensure timely completion of milestones and meet deadlines from a seasonal costing perspective.
