About the position As a Network Engineer (VoIP, Kubernetes, FreeSwitch) at Tech Americas, you will play a key role in modernizing and optimizing our communication infrastructure. You’ll lead the migration of our existing FreeSwitch-based application from native root servers to a Kubernetes environment — ensuring reliability, scalability, and top-tier VoIP performance. Responsibilities Design and implement the migration strategy for FreeSwitch from native servers to Kubernetes. Containerize and optimize VoIP components for cloud-native operation. Ensure stable, low-latency communication performance across distributed systems. Provide expert guidance on network architecture, load balancing, and scaling strategies. Troubleshoot and optimize VoIP traffic (SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, etc.) within Kubernetes clusters.
