Lead Digital Products with Strategic Impact in a Regional Tech Environment
Based in El Salvador (Work from Anywhere) | 100% Remote | Permanent Contract | Immediate Start

A fast-growing Salvadoran tech consultancy is driving digital transformation for key players across Central America. You will manage the full product lifecycle, aligning client needs with business goals and technical capacity. Acting as the critical link between stakeholders and development teams, you will prioritize, structure deliverables, and maximize value in every sprint.

What you’ll do:
• Define and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage backlog, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Lead refinement, tracking, and review meetings under agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Synthesize data and insights to guide product decisions.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and operational metrics per project.
• Produce functional documentation, process flows, and detailed specifications.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies alongside the Tech Lead.
• Build collaborative relationships across commercial, technical, and business areas.
• Lead MVP definition focused on value and feasibility.
• Stay current with digital trends and user behavior.

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience managing digital products (apps, ERPs, CRMs, websites).
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent product management tools.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity and structuring priorities.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and strategic thinking.
• Advanced English fluency, both oral and written, for regional collaboration and technical communication.
• Highly preferred: Certified Product Owner (CSPO, Scrum Product Owner, or similar).
