Job Title: Senior React Native Developer
Language Requirement: English B1–B2 (can hold technical conversations, write
documentation, and participate in team calls)
?? Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer with a strong background in building
high-quality mobile applications. You’ll play a key role in leading development efforts and
delivering scalable, user-friendly cross-platform apps. You should be comfortable working in
agile environments, collaborating with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
?? Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to implement features and APIs
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Lead code reviews and set coding standards for the mobile team
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
• Maintain version control using Git and participate in CI/CD workflows
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings in English (B1/B2
level)
? Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional experience with React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle and app store submission
processes
• Experience with native modules (iOS/Android) and third-party libraries
• Comfortable with RESTful APIs and real-time data (WebSocket, Firebase, etc.)
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services
• Unit testing with Jest, Detox, or similar tools
• Git workflow experience (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
? Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Experience in publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
• Familiarity with Expo
• CI/CD for mobile apps (Bitrise, Fastlane, etc.)
• Previous work in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience with analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
