Your mission is to guide them through the process—from the first conversation to signing a contract—and gather all the details needed to initiate representation. Requirements:

-Follow up promptly on transferred leads to ensure timely engagement.
-Evaluate client cases and determine eligibility for representation.
-Present the firm’s services and secure signed contracts.
-Conduct thorough post-signature intake processes to gather detailed case information.
-Proven experience in sales and customer service, including outbound calls (1–2 years).
-Excellent communication skills in English (85% proficiency).
-Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
-Experience with CRM platforms (Desirable)
-Open to working on-site.
