Do you have strategic vision, brand passion, and the ability to lead market-shaping campaigns? Join a dynamic company poised for regional growth as our new Marketing Director.

Position Objective
Lead the marketing strategy, brand positioning, and execution of commercial plans focused on growth, customer loyalty, and market expansion throughout Central America.

Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles within marketing, communications, or brand management.
Proven experience working across Central American markets (Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica).
Strong command of digital strategies, ATL/BTL efforts, and integrated campaigns.
Skilled in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and KPI performance tracking.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with areas such as sales, trade, and design.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with business goals.
Oversee advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand development initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic adjustments.
Manage relationships with external agencies and coordinate corporate events.
Innovate across communication channels and digital brand positioning.
