We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner with a strong foundation in agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and technical project delivery. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), experienced in managing cross-functional projects involving ERPs, CRMs, web, and mobile applications, and thrives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and prioritize tasks using Azure DevOps.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing datasets and identifying technical insights.
- Ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including journey maps, process flows, and technical specs.
-Lead status meetings, track performance, and propose corrective actions.


Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in digital/technical projects.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with digital solutions (ERP, CRM, websites, apps).
- Product Owner certification is a plus.
