Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated articulate Customer Service Representatives with native-level English proficiency to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries related to our products, services, and online shopping experience. A strong understanding of e-commerce principles and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential.
*Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Serve as a product expert and be able to explain product features and benefits to customers.
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website and online platform.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our company policies and procedures.
* Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
* Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand promotional campaigns and address related customer inquiries.
* Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and training materials.
* Assist in monitoring social media channels for customer comments and inquiries, escalating them as needed.
*Qualifications:
* **Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.**
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and help desk software.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with e-commerce marketing principles and practices is a plus.
* Experience with social media platforms and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
