Business Continuity Administrator (MRO HOLDINGS - LA LIBERTAD)
Position Summary:
The Business continuity administrator is responsible for implementing, updating and overseeing the MRO HOLDINGS Business Continuity Program to prevent, withstand, and recover from unplanned disasters and adverse events, so that in case of disruption, the operations can continue and the most important assets, especially the people, are protected.
Position Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
English Level: Advanced (Required)
Special Licenses: Business continuity framework (i.e.: ISO 22301 or other) certification. (Desired)
Previous Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in Business continuity program administration. (Required)
Experience in developing processes and procedures related to business continuity plans.
Proficiency in following up the BC plans.
Tools Knowledge:
• Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.
• Process mapping tools
• Business Intelligence Tools
• Data base management
• Compliance management systems knowledge

• Analytical and synthetical skills
