The Support Center area at Dollarcity…Is a dynamic team dedicated to providing technical assistance and problem resolution for store employees across multiple locations. Equipped with expertise in troubleshooting, system management, and user support, the team ensures seamless operations by managing local and remote equipment. Operating in a bilingual environment, the Support Center prioritizes efficiency, responsiveness, and innovative solutions to empower Dollarcity's workforce and enhance operational continuity.
As Maintenance Operations Analyst...you will ensure that maintenance concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, adding to a facility's or Dollarama's overall functionality and safety. Effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a fundamental grasp of maintenance operations are essential for success in this profession.
In a day as Maintenance Operations Analyst, you will:
- Make use of a ticketing system to submit and rank maintenance requests.Identify and analyze client requirements in order to provide timely resolution.
- Ensure that all necessary information is accurately and completely documented in each ticket.
- Assign maintenance tickets to the appropriate maintenance provider in each province..
- Communicate with requesters to acquire further information and offer ticket status updates
- Guarantee efficient problem resolution, work with maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
- Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
- Track ticket status and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Enhancements to the maintenance request and resolution procedure should be proposed and implemented.
What do you need to be successful?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous expertise in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizing abilities are required to manage many tickets and priorities.
- Capability to utilize and navigate ticketing systems and related software.
- Experience with maintenance or facility management is advantageous.
