Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing & sales B2B experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and design skills.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of wholesale and retail dynamics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing sales kits, lookbooks, and digital assets for B2B partners.
• Support & coordinate sales meetings, and product launches for retailers.
• Support distributors and retailers with visual materials and marketing guidelines.
• Create and manage content for B2B communications (newsletters, WhatsApp groups, etc.).
• Maintain marketing databases, product catalogs, and asset libraries.
• Coordinate and follow up on product images required by retailers for e-commerce and digital platforms.
• Maintain up to date competitors monitoring reports on retail prices, assisting in POS reporting & presentations.
• Fill out forms and documentation required by distributors.
• Prepare inventory tracking sheets.
• Follow up sample requests for distributors showrooms.
• Track and ensure compliance with the assigned marketing budget.
• Assist in downloading sales reports from SAP.
• Send proformas to suppliers, archive related documents for order tracking, and follow up sales orders.
