Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing & QA Analyst to join our luxury hospitality team. This role combines expertise in digital marketing, quality auditing, and sales performance optimization to enhance the international guest experience and ensure alignment with our brand’s mission and values.

The Marketing & QA Analyst will be responsible for auditing both inbound and outbound sales and customer service interactions, reviewing documentation and commercial processes, and analyzing marketing data to optimize the guest experience and uphold the highest standards of service. This position also plays a key role in supporting the development of our sales team through structured feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Data Analysis
Analyze market trends and international guest behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop, implement, and monitor international digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) on campaign and channel performance.
Manage segmentation and personalization strategies using CRM platforms.
Oversee the hotel’s presence on international travel and review platforms.
Quality Assurance & Commercial Auditing (QA)
Audit inbound and outbound sales and customer support interactions.
Review procedures, documentation, and sales strategies for consistency with brand standards and hospitality excellence.
Provide constructive feedback to improve the performance of the sales and customer service teams.
Build strong relationships with the commercial team to promote alignment and effectiveness in communications.
Support ongoing training and best practices in luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. (Postgraduate studies are a plus.)

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing or marketing analysis.
Minimum of 2 years in sales and/or quality assurance roles.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
C1 level of English or higher (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
Proficient in analytics and CRM tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, segmentation).
Experience project management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to synthesize data and present clear, actionable insights.
