The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, evaluating client needs, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. Given the sensitive nature of our work, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
* Assess eligibility and schedule consultations
* Communicate empathetically and professionally
* Meet performance goals and collaborate with the legal team
* Work on-site during the graveyard shift

Key Requirements:
* Advanced English (spoken and written)
* 1+ year of experience in sales positions
* Strong communication, sales skills, and professionalism
* Immediate availability and flexible schedule
* Comfortable working overnight and on-site
