We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our epay Team at RIA El Salvador!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company and brand.
Requirements
A positive and friendly attitude towards customers
Fluency in English is required
English Level (Advanced).1
Call Center previous experience is a plus.
We offer:
Sundays and one day off during the week; and special Saturdays until 4:00 pm.
Base Salary $650 + performance bonus. Up to $900 monthly.
