GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct phone screenings to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.

* Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage.

* Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.

* Monitor online resume databases and other resources.

* Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists.

* Help back-office/administrative work supporting the phone screening process.

* Help the walk-in recruiting process and off-site recruiting activities.


REQUIREMENTS

* Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role

* Studies in Psychology or any business-related field (Desirable)

* Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

* Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.

* Demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals

* Customer Service and technical skills or experience

* Strong management of MS Office package and emails and recruiting software’s & social media sources.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 80% (desirable)

* Ability to practice flexibility in various work situations

* Ability to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions (phone interviews and reports)

* Solid communication skills, both oral and written.

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation.

* Efficient probing and listening skills

* Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment.

* Ability to focus on details

* Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.

* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.

* Ability to think and act strategically and can anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
