Descripción de la Oferta

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of a sales team, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Ensure the team has a deep understanding of the firm’s services, value proposition, and client onboarding process.
- Implement and maintain consistent sales processes, scripts, and communication standards.
- Set, monitor, and drive the achievement of team sales goals and individual performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with firm objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and one-on-one coaching to improve performance and close rates.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client support, and legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates, client engagement, and overall sales efficiency.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents as needed.

Sales Manager Qualifications:

- High level English fluency, C2 level both spoken and written
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably within a legal, professional services, or high-volume call center environment.
- Demonstrated success managing large sales teams (50+ agents) and meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting dashboards) and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a results-driven, collaborative culture.
