The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of media plans across traditional (ATL) and digital channels. This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of campaigns, manages data entry and follow-up tasks, and supports planners and directors in the day-to-day management of media operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter media buys into the system based on flowcharts received from the planner.
- Create and send estimates to clients for approval prior to execution.
- Process media contracts (IOs) for ATL and local digital buys, and ensure vendors confirm receipt.
- Submit digital campaign requests for execution in platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- Create publication calendars and coordinate the timely delivery of creative assets to each media vendor.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of campaigns (TV, radio, OOH, cable) to ensure they align with planned KPIs.
- Manage changes, cancellations and rescheduling of media placements, including TV and radio relocations, coordinating directly with vendors and following planner instructions.
- Perform post-buy analysis to verify campaign performance and contracted efficiencies.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with internal records and system data to support Finance.
- Update competitive activity reports regularly using Integrametrics and Admetrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Assist in preparing audience reports, media rankings, OOH mapping and other insights to support planners.
- Provide temporary backup to the planner when needed, helping maintain continuity for the client.
- Assist in creating and updating vendor and client records in the agency system, and track their approval or status.
- Prepare photo reports for OOH campaigns and creative changes, and generate detailed performance reports (e.g., minute-by-minute tracking) to evaluate campaign delivery.
- Participate in media vendor meetings and share key takeaways with the internal team.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Media or Business Administration (minimum third year).
Minimum 2 years of experience in media operations, buying or account coordination roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear and assertive communication; ability to work well in teams.
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced media environment.
