The Billing Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end billing processes to ensure accurate and timely execution while ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. This role requires strong coordination across teams, proactive follow-up on open cases, and effective team supervision to maintain smooth and efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the full billing and media cost process, including estimates, ongoing billing, and final reconciliations.
Oversee the processing of invoices for all media types (cable, digital, print, radio, and production).
Maintain ongoing communication with agency teams to track billing progress and resolve reconciliation or production-related issues.
Address and resolve operational challenges within the billing cycle.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of commissions and other revenue in collaboration with the Finance team.
Develop and maintain operational billing reports and documentation related to trading (e.g., Media Volume Discounts, owned products, and intercompany billing).
Support collection efforts and contribute to the monthly closing process.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable fiscal regulations.
Train and guide team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
Assign and balance workloads among team members to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Monitor pending billing reports and approval flows within the system.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting roles.
3+ years of experience managing or supervising a team.
Strong proficiency in Excel and handling financial data.
Experience with electronic invoicing systems.
Knowledge of tax compliance and billing standards.
English proficiency (minimum B2 level or 75%).
Experience in the media, advertising, or communications industry is a plus.
