Responsibilities:
The Service Desk agent will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for MROH end users and will therefore be the “IT face of all users”. He acts as 1st Level Support, will work with all types of users and will have to be the “consultant” for them. You are also in contact with service providers and vendors during troubleshooting, coordination or ticket escalation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of AppSecurity, Antivirus, Anti-Spam, Content-Filtering, access management.
- Knowledge of ITSM Framework.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
