What would be your main responsibilities?
Provide outstanding customer service to our callers
Guide our customers through a satisfying customer service experience
Ensure that when we finish the call, the customer has all of his/her doubts clarified
Build great rapport and keep in mind empathetic manners while interacting with customers
With your expertise, increase our levels of quality
Requirements
Advanced English level (85% or above)
Customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement
High school diploma
Strong communication skills (written, spoken, etc.)
Great computer and typing skills
Customer service oriented and skill set (active listening, empathy, etc.)
