We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Technician with fluency in Spanish and English to join our support team. The successful candidate will handle technical support requests, ensure timely resolutions, and collaborate with agents across Europe. Fluency in Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement. The role requires strong communication skills to maintain the company's high standards of service, along with a commitment to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in Tech Support or Customer Service roles is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, including: Browsers, email clients, and web tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on user satisfaction.
• The working hours will be from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.
