ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a critical position within the organization and will be tasked with managing key digital projects. They will oversee and champion multiple initiatives at a time, and apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and suave to deliver project phases from discovery to launch. This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen. They’re industrious, communicate well, extremely thorough and organized, and has the drive to deliver cross-functional and globally executed projects in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and ensure these requirements are ultimately delivered as planned.
Maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans and schedules for assigned projects.
Be accountable for visibility through frequent communication and accurate reporting to stakeholders and regional teams.
Drive results and mitigate delays and risks through proactive project management.
Facilitate the planning, monitoring, testing, and delivery of project efforts between all necessary teams and functions.
Thoroughly take notes to capture the conversation, key decisions, and follow-up items from project meetings.
Partner with functional and regional teams across the Ria enterprise to identify priorities, implement assigned projects, and communicate the roadmap.
Demonstrate passion to continuously improve our processes and projects by being organized, innovative, a reliable and collaborative team player, and a delightful human being.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role, working specifically on Payment initiatives.
Work(ed) in the financial industry or with digital platforms (mobile, web).
Advanced English level
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Scrum Master knowledge a plus.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Results-oriented track record for monitoring and coordinating projects.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
