Objective of The Position: Responsible for managing all documentation of the quality management system in all plant processes. Creating, correcting and managing all procedural documentation as a basis for preparing the necessary processes and standardizing them. Creating the culture of working under a standardized system.

Position Task
* Responsible for instructing different departments how to create a standard procedure.

* Responsible for managing all documentation necessary for the management system.

* Responsible for documenting the procedures created, approved, and deployed in a database (OneDrive, Smartsheet, Power Bi and Dashboard).

* Responsible for maintaining control of all formats and documentation with their respective review.

* Responsible for managing the management system in all plant processes.

* Responsible for developing necessary reporting related to the management system in the plant.

* Responsible for managing the management system audit plan.


Knowledge and Skill
* Advanced Microsoft Office.

* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools (Value Stream Mapping, A3, 6S, Gemba Walks, Standard Work, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, Smed, Pull System).

* General Knowledge of SGC.

* Advanced English.
