Operations Performance Improvement Engineer (MRO HOLDINGS - LA LIBERTAD)

Position Summary:

The OPI Engineer will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to optimize the operations network of MRO HOLDINGS. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance metrics while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Position profile:

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience: Aviation experience (MRO space desired)

Advanced English level (required)

Technical skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Microsoft Office

Lean six sigma methodologies (Green belt desired)
