Here is what we require:
Advanced English Level (85% above)
BPO Experience (6 months) + GDS Knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre, etc)
Schedule Flexibility.
Customer Service experience is always a plus but not a must.
High School Diploma.
Work on-site availability (Concentrix Santa Elena).
