Position Overview: The QA Analyst will be responsible for auditing both outbound and inbound Interactions, as well as our sales and customer support strategies and documentation. The goal is to ensure that our interactions adhere to our company values, mission, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with our sales team to provide feedback on improving interactions.
Audit sales and customer support procedures and documentation.
Build relationships with our sales team and guide them towards successful interactions with our guests.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales.
At least 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
C1 level of English proficiency.
Excellent communication skills, sales-oriented, and highly organized.
Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably ZOHO CRM and Monday Boards.
