As our Digital Marketing & Investor Relations Coordinator, you’ll work directly with the CEO to craft strategy, elevate visibility, and build a high-value investor network. If you’re a creative, data-driven communicator excited about the future of digital finance, this is your space to grow.

Your day-to-day will include:
• Running multichannel digital campaigns (email, social, paid media) that build awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Building investor communities through webinars, events, and targeted outreach.
• Propose and implement tools or systems to manage investor pipelines and lead conversion.
• Aligning messaging across channels via a coordinated communications calendar.
• Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns based on engagement and ROI.
• Collaborating across marketing, product, compliance, and business teams.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• 3–5+ years in digital marketing, lead generation, or investor relations—ideally in fintech or financial services.
• A data-first mindset and agile approach—you iterate, test, and move fast.
• Relationship-building instincts, especially with investors and strategic partners.
• A self-starter attitude and ease in hybrid or remote-first teams.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing tools—able to recommend and use platforms like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or CRMs to optimize results.
• Bilingual storytelling skills (English/Spanish), with strong copywriting chops.

• Contract: Indefinite-term under a Professional Services Agreement — free of retentions or discounts.
• Time-off: 3 scheduled periods a year: Holy Week, August Festivities & Christmas (Dec. 22 – Jan. 02).
• Salary, depending on your skills and experience, up to $1,800 – $2,000 before income tax (10%).
• Work Model: Remote-first, up to 20% on-site.
• Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. — flexible hours, result-based philosophy.
