GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
An Ops Coordinator oversees, manages, and leads employees. Oversee the proper communication of company goals and maintain a healthy outsourcing relationship, safety practices, and deadlines for the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help with management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day operation.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
Suggest and organize team-building activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Between 1-2?years of experience as an acting supervisor or back up Supervisor. (ideal)
Studies in Management or training in team leadership is a plus.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor working with KPIs, action plans, and other management processes.
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
English proficiency – Above 80%
